HULA MOON RETURN POLICY


We will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

We do not accept items that have been washed, worn, soiled or damaged.

Items must be returned in new condition, in original packaging, with original tags and labels.

Please contact us before returning items.

Shipping and handling are not refundable.
Please include copy of original sales receipt with your return. Items purchased from retailers other

than Hulamoonkids must be exchanged or refunded through that location according

to their policies.

CAR SEAT COVER INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 1: Remove carseat from vehicle.

STEP 2: Unfasten seat belt straps according to your carseat manufacturer's directions.     

STEP 3: Either A: Remove manufacturer's cover. or B: Place Hula Moon cover over existing cover.

STEP 4: Feed straps through holes provided.

STEP 5: Stretch the elastic over the top, sides and bottom as you fit your new cover.

STEP 6: For infant size covers, remove manufacturer's canopy according to your car seat manufacturer's directions. Reassemble plastic supports

        and slip your new Hula Moon Canopy on.

STEP 7: Reattach seat belt straps according to your seat manufacturer's directions. Please do this carefully.

        If you do not have a copy of your manufacturer's instructions, STOP. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO INSTALL YOUR COVER

        UNTIL YOU HAVE A COPY. IF YOU HAVE ANY CONCERNS  

        

         REGARDING INSTALLATION, REMOVE THE COVER AND RETURN IT TO PLACE OF PURCHASE. YOUR CHILD'S SAFETY AND COMFORT IS OUR

         GREATEST CONCERN.

SHOPPING CART/ HIGH CHAIR COVER USE

Simply unroll your cover, fit it over the seating area of the shopping cart or high chair.

Use the provided strapd for additional support for your child.

Do not rely on straps as a restraining device and

never leave children unattended in a high chair or shopping cart.

PRODUCT CARE

All Hulamoonkids products are hand washable. Hang dry or dry clean.
